Upon returning to East Tennessee from coastal yachting, Cooper founded a marine service work company to leverage his expertise and provide essential services to the boating community. Over three years, he built a successful business, offering a range of services including maintenance, repairs, and consultations. However, as his passion for marine surveying grew, he seized an opportunity to sell the service work business and concentrate solely on marine surveying. This transition allowed him to focus his efforts on providing thorough and insightful marine surveys, drawing upon his years of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of vessel operations.
